Why pass up on a miracle?

Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, and cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. (Rev 18:10-13)

It is with no casual interest that my heart has been moved to shed some light on the above text, rather it is with a timely and grievous burden. Understanding now that the world is at a crossroad of significant ramification. The ramifications being for the world and each of us as individuals that great judgment will come as a result of wrong choices. My heart has been made very heavy and I am deeply troubled because the times in which we live has placed options on the table that make the appearance of irresistible good and benefit for all. The supposed good and beneficial options being so wonderful it will border on miraculous, and who can pass up on a great miracle? This indeed is the very question of this hour, "Why pass up on a miracle?" I'm going to answer the question immediately with a direct and to the point answer and then proceed to give my reasoning. To the point, God has drawn a line in the sand and has said "Do not cross". My hopes would be that people would simply choose to obey God at face value and that would be the end of the matter. Rather though I am very much afraid that for the world in general the above text has already told us the course chosen and the destruction reaped as a result. Therefore it is to the individual to whom I may impart deeper understanding of the sinister plans unfolding before our eyes that I wish to provide an anchor of truth that will hold us close enough to God to be able to pass on a miracle. Joining in with the merchants of the text, I am standing afar off and mourning over destruction. Unlike the merchants though, they are mourning the loss of revenues, I am mourning the loss of souls. What makes the loss of any soul so extremely sad is the fact that it just didn't have to happen. God has provided every means of securing an eternal heavenly reward. It is only our neglect and willful opposition to God that causes our ultimate demise. The road we walk is very bittersweet. Sweet because we know God can and does hold us securely as precious gems. Bitter because we know men walk away from and throw away eternal riches having no perception to see what they are really doing. For the cause of providing perception for those wishing to stay close to God, I am reporting the burning burden God has placed within my being. May the grace of God extend without boundaries in reaching all souls willing to be saved. Heaven help us.

It always amazes me how we can read the Bible time and time again and be so familiar with certain texts and think we know what is being said when out of the blue it seams as if lightening has flashed and we look at the same passage only to exclaim, "Oh my God!" "That is what that really means!" It is with this divine inspiration I have been allowed to know the sinister treachery that the enemy of our souls is using to accomplish his goals. I will cover a few basics to make sure the concepts presented are clear and we are all on the same page. First the term antichrist literally means "instead of Christ" not against Christ as typically would be assumed. This is important to know because even the devil knows he cannot fight against God and expect to win. Second, is to understand the devil only has one objective. Satan knows for a fact he has lost the war, in his anger of having lost he has only one goal and that is to take as many to hell with him as he can. This is accomplished by making people believe that he can offer options "instead of" those presented by God. Satan is the ultimate copy cat forger. He offers options that so closely mimic God's that many are taken in by the deceptions. Consider this verse:

And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do…. (Rev 13:13-14)

In this verse the word wonders and the word miracles are actually the same identical Greek word semeion.

I point this out because genuine miracles are of heavenly origin. Satan's wonders are as close as he could get in order to deceive and destroy. I point this out because we now live in a generation that is becoming more and more filled with great wonders that border on miraculous. We need to keep a watchful eye out for these great wonders and great wonder workers because we are going to need to know when we should pass up on the options placed on the table before us.

As I had mentioned before sometimes scripture just lights up and becomes so real and alive. Well, I support the National Right to Life organization and they send me their newsletters regularly. I had been reading the articles on stem cell research and cloning recently so the thought was fresh in my mind. Later that evening as my wife and myself were reading in Revelations chapter 18 the phrase souls of men just jumped out and smacked me between the eyes. This text is talking about merchants and gives a list of merchandise that lastly mentions slaves and the souls of men. Slaves refer to the person or physical man, but souls was referring to the life essence of a man. So it struck me that this last commodity on the list, the souls of men, is the life essence of a person bottled in a test tube and used to provide miracle cures for nearly every disease imaginable. We as Christians believe that life begins at conception and there are other scriptures that uphold our beliefs. With this verse speaking of the life essence of man being bought and sold, and current news stories about the anticipated cures being developed through stem cell research, the reality of life beginning from the very moment of conception has hit my soul deeply. I have always opposed abortion and have held out hope that a reversal of the laws was possible. With a Pro life President and large numbers of Christians voting things may seem to be reversing the needless murder of the unborn, but now with stem cell research and cloning the devil is putting a very good face on murder. He has very cunningly and ever so sinisterly raised the stakes to a point where the murder of untold numbers of the unborn will not cease till the judgment. It's not just a woman's rights issue, now this is the health and well being of millions and the untold fortunes of huge corporations in the mass marketing of embryo farms and body parts. It is not just dealing with a woman's conscience and a law on the books, now the struggle includes mass millions of people who just want to live better and longer and the huge corporations that will promise the moon for a profit. Is your stomach turning yet? Here are several quotes from different speeches given by President Bush.

"Embryonic stem cell research is at the leading edge of a series of moral hazards. The initial stem cell researcher was at first reluctant to begin his research, fearing it might be used for human cloning. Scientists have already cloned a sheep. Researchers are telling us the next step could be to clone human beings to create individual designer stem cells, essentially to grow another you, to be available in case you need another heart or lung or liver."

"Yet even if research cloning were medically effective, every person who wanted to benefit would need an embryonic clone of his or her own, to provide the designer tissues. This would create a massive national market for eggs and egg donors, and exploitation of women's bodies that we cannot and must not allow."

"Human cloning is deeply troubling to me, and to most Americans. Life is a creation, not a commodity."

Not a commodity? Let me tell you that right now, today, the University of Missouri owns a patent for a method of creating human clones. This patent was issued without notice but attracted the attention of an organization that opposes human cloning. Now with the technology perfected and functional, legislators are taking sides either to ban human cloning, going full steam ahead, or some compromise. Just two quotes from a New York Times article by Andrew Pollack on the subject;

"Those opposed to cloning and to patenting of living things say the patent is a further sign that human life is being turned into a commodity."

Senator Sam Brownback, R-Kan., who opposes human cloning is quoted in this same article as stating;

"The concepts, he said, are akin to slavery."

We have reached the very doorstep of the generation that the Bible says will be marketing in "The souls of men." On a personal note, one of the most devastating realizations I have had to deal with throughout my adult life was that the concept of human dignity and worth of an individual has been so warped by society. Society measures human worth by how you look, what you do as a profession, and how much you have. All these are exterior factors. God on the other hand measures our worth by who we are on the inside, by the fact that we are created in His image, by the fact that we are His very own offspring, His children. God's loves us unconditionally. The world cares only if you rate and measure up. Now though, with human life being further reduced to a commodity in a test tube what kind of world will it be? I honestly shudder and weep at the thought. Getting back on track. Unfortunately there are many who fully support this research. According to the powers that be miracle cures are on the horizon if we make test tube human souls a viable option. According to the Word of God this is exactly what will come to pass as souls do become a commodity. If we want to hold out hope we can only pray that the US is not involved and leave this barbarism to Europe and China where this research is advancing faster than here. We can only pray that legislation is passed that will ban all forms of cloning forever. I have to confess however that my opinion is that America is crumbling fast as a hold out for morality. After all what American corporation could pass up a buck? I am resigned to believe the Word of God as true in that the whole world will come under Satanic dominion.

Another point I'd like to briefly touch is something I've come to realize about God's intentions. Even with science poised to exploit the essence of human life, it is ironic that it has taken science to reveal that God has created life that even when we are only several cells have the potential invested in us to do great things. When you hear them talking about taking a few cells and then creating cures for everything from arthritis and diabetes to creating whole new organs etc., I have to stand back at how wonderful the work of God is. How the power of life that he has invested in us is also the power to regenerate and heal. Science has enabled us to envision the power of a pure soul, and in that I must give God the glory. The question has always been asked as to whether man is inherently good or evil. It has taken science to prove to me that the human soul is indeed created in God's image and incredibly good, however going from three cells to billions does corrupt our essence. As we are formed in the womb, as we develop a human will and conscience, that pure essence gets covered and obscured until we are born with a fallen nature and we know how that goes. This also underlines the fact that God got us started out right and should be credited properly. We know the devil put his two cents in the mix and has been mixing us up ever since.

My final thoughts on the wrongness of using cloned body parts as spares is this; the powers that be are trying to convince us that the cloned organ is your organ. This is very misleading. In nature when one egg splits into two or more embryos each embryo is recognized as separate and distinct individuals. They are identical but nonetheless separate persons. These persons are twins, siblings of each other. So therefore when science intervenes and splits off a piece of you to be cloned they are in fact creating a twin sibling. This person if allowed to develop would have his own will, conscience and soul. Science intervenes in the development process and only lets a specific organ to grow; they kill and discard the rest. When an individual is alive they have the option of freely offering their organs as a gesture of great compassion. The clones free will is discarded way before it can ever have a chance to express anything at all. This is barbaric exploitation of the very worst degree. The designer organs that would be created belong to a brother that will never be.

The issue then for Christians is what will we as individuals do when all the miracle cures are made available. Are we going to accept test tube life as a solution? The choice for individuals who need new organs or die is either trust God as our healer or be guilty of the barbaric murder of a soul. When it was just abortion the church and its saints had a greater degree of insulation at least to those who obeyed the Word of God and kept themselves from getting into situations where abortion could be considered an option. Ideally speaking, the church is a pure environment and abortion would not be an option or at least an exception, or for the unsaved person outside the church. Realistically, persons with diseases have always been absolutely common. The Word of God teaches that divine healing has been made available but sometimes God heals divinely sometimes not. In those times not, we are accustomed to the expertise of the medical profession and there is nothing morally objectionable to this. Now however we in all good conscience are going to have to know if any human clones have been destroyed in the research and development of any treatments we accept. Knowing and accepting these treatments is the same as partaking in the killing of the unborn. Can you see the diabolically sinister corner that Satan will try to back people into? This is very much the same corner in forcing people to accept the mark of the beast. Accept or die. For years the Christian community has frowned on those groups who have refused blood transfusions or any medical attention at all based on their moral objections and faith. Now the day has dawned when we all must take an unmovable stance and pass on a miracle.

I write this report well in advance with the prayer that it's distribution give the church a heads up. Education in the subject matters is highly recommended. It is not time to bury our heads in ignorance. Any part or all may be freely copied or edited and distributed as widely as the grace of God allows.
